As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.  If you delete your User Contributions or other information from the Website, copies of your User Contributions and other information may remain viewable in cached and archived pages.

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and organizational measures, internal controls, and data security routines intended to protect Customer and User information against accidental loss or change, unauthorized disclosure or access, or unlawful destruction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer and User acknowledge and agrees that hosting data online involves risks of unauthorized disclosure or exposure and that, in accessing and using our services, Customers and Users assume all such risks. We offer no representation, warranty, or guarantee that Customer and User information will not be exposed or disclosed through errors or the actions of third parties.  We will not be responsible for any distribution, publication, display, or other disclosure of Customer and User information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Light Essence LLC. is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

13. UK Data Protection Act / GDPR

Light Essence LLC. is based in the United States. By using our Website or our services, you understand and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, or other location outside of the European Union or the United Kingdom. You further understand and agree that such transfer and processing is not subject to the EU GDPR or the UK Data Protection Act.
